Qualification purpose

A specialist certification developing the practical, analytical, and ethical capabilities to apply artificial intelligence within Human Capital and HR functions — identifying valuable AI use cases, using generative AI productively, interpreting AI-supported workforce insight, and implementing governance with human oversight. Technology-neutral; no programming required.

Entry requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant Human Capital, HR, analytics, technology, or transformation experience, OR completion of the CHCA. Basic digital literacy required; no coding.

Assessment
