Can’t get in?
Both portals can email you a reset link from their own sign-in page. If you are a candidate and the reset never arrives, your training provider can issue one for you directly — they hold your enrolment. If you are a provider admin locked out of your own centre, email info@ghcaofficial.org and GHCA will send a reset.
Checking whether someone’s credential is genuine needs no account at all — that is the public register, free and open to anyone.
